We typically do not offer design services for labels. However, we are partners with our preferred designers that offer label design services. These designers are very skilled in label design and packaging artwork. They also understand the requirements needed for printing and will prepare your files in a format for us to accept. 

Flexographic label presses use flexible printing plates to transfer the inks onto your labels. Because of this, flexographic presses require initial setup costs. This includes preparing artwork, plate-making, and registering of the printing plates when setting up your labels on the press.

Flexographic label printing is ideal for larger runs of custom labels because flexographic presses can print high volumes with high resolution at a faster rate than digital at a lower MSI cost.

This printing method can also handle a wide variety of materials and technical capabilities. Normally flexographic printing is used on quantity above 10,000 labels depending on the label size.

However, it’s also ideal for those wishing to purchase a small quantity of custom labels. Also, the turnaround time for digital labels is quicker because it bypasses the setup time needed to create printing plates and equipment setup.

This method is for quantities smaller than 5000 Labels, it is also use for products with multiple SKU’s and variable data printing.
